Q: How do I place an order?
Placing an order in yellowwatt is really simple. When you find a product you like, simply add it in your bag. After finishing with your shopping, visit your bag and proceed to checkout. You can remove a product from your bag anytime. If you face any issues please contact as at info@yellowwatt.com.

Q: Can I place an order without registering?
Yes. Visit your bag and checkout as a guest.

Q: Where is my invoice?

After an order has been confirmed, you will receive your invoice by email. If you are a registered customer, you can, also, find your invoices in the “previous orders” section.

Q: Do you offer a gift wrap?
We do offer a gift wrap for certain products. Please contact our customer service team at info@yellowwatt.com and we will make our best to assist you with your needs.

Q: Which are the shipping costs?
Our products ship from design studios around the world and the shipping costs vary depending on the designer’s base country, your country and the size and weight of the product. You can find out the shipping cost of a product by placing it in your bag and proceeding to check out. After completing your address details, the shipping cost will be automatically calculated.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
We ship to Europe. Nevertheless, sometimes certain products can be shipped outside EU as well. Send as an email with your request at info@yellowwatt.com.

Q: What happens after I place an order?
When your payment is complete, you will receive a confirmation email from yellowwatt. Then, your order will be sent to the designer. Depending on the product you have purchased, the designer will simply pack and ship your item or make it to order for you.

Q: How quickly should I expect to receive my order?
Our products are made by small design studios around the world and that is why they may take more than usually to arrive to you. Some products are even made to order in which cases their delivery to you might take a bit more. In each product’s page we give information about its delivery rates. Please make sure to read carefully before making your purchase.

Q: Can I cancel an order if I changed my mind?
If you have already made an order but changed your mind please contact us as soon as possible at info@yellowwatt.com. Depending on the status of your order, we will do our best to address your issue.

Q: What is your Return Policy?
You have 14 days to return your delivered item in its original package. Please read our Return Policy for more information.

Q: How much time do I have to inspect the delivered item?
Please inspect your item as soon as it being is delivered. It is very important to report any issues as soon as possible.
